WHAT IS ZTREC? It is an evolved hi-tech electronic apparatus which may be installed on refrigerated vehicles equipped with Zanotti refrigeration units, developed in collaboration with the market leader. ZTREC is able to localize the vehicles and to keep track of the route and journey recording important information automatically and independently.
ZTREC digital heart is controlled by a micro-computer with an integrated GPS system which receives the exact geographic position from 24 satellites.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Real time Fleet localisation

Recording and monitoring of the internal temperature of the cargo. Access to this data is made possible with a simple internet connection.

Refrigeration unit alarms monitoring (interfacing between Zanotti refrigeration unit electronic card and ZTREC system)
ZTREC is a system equipped with a Zanotti unit total control which allows the remote operators to access the functions of the refrigeration unit electronic card as if they were effectively in front of the unit.

Management of regular servicing and breakdowns. ZTREC is including a database with names and location of all Zanotti Service Centres which remain continuously updated. In case of a refrigeration unit breakdown ZTREC will show the alarm and will suggest the nearest Zanotti Service Centre to the vehicle position. It is possible then to request the service intervention to the suggested Service Centre simply selecting that from the program. ZTREC system will then start automatically a service intervention request to the Service Centre by sending an SMS or an e-mail indicating all the necessary information about the unit, alarm status, breakdown type. Through an optional handheld PC it is possible to manage this procedure directly from the vehicle.

Through a developed IT system ZTREC is optimizing routes reducing customer fleet costs and increasing efficiency and service to the end customer.
